Balkan Pottery - Moroccan Chicken

I discovered Balkan Pottery pots at the Althorp Food Festival a couple of years ago. From there our experimenting in the kitchen, has gone from strength to strength. Not only has it been therapeutic for us, but everything we have made has been really tasty and easy to make.
